Overview

The 2024 workshop will be held at the Embassy Suites Dallas – DFW Airport South, Dallas, Texas. Workshop meetings will begin Wednesday, May 29 at 8:45 am and continue through Friday, May 31 at 12:15 pm. Participants should arrive at the Embassy Suites the evening of Tuesday, May 28. Please plan your departure flight no earlier than 3:00 pm, May 31. 

The following travel support will be provided for two (2) team members: 

• Airfare reimbursement, up to $800 per person

• Travel stipend of $250 to be used for ground transportation to/from home airport, airport parking, and meals while traveling.

• Three nights at the workshop hotel

• Complimentary breakfast Wednesday-Friday

• Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
• Dinner on Wednesday

Reimbursements and stipends will be disbursed after the travel has occurred. 

Additional team members are welcome to attend but must be funded by the college or another source. If you would like to bring additional team members, please contact Ann-Claire Anderson or Ann Beheler.

5:00 pm – Workshop concludes for the day
-Dinner on your own or with your team and mentor

Friday, May 31

 8:00 am – Complimentary breakfast
 9:00 am – Workshop begins
12:15 pm – Workshop concludes
